The Mission #1 priority is to help those in need regardless of race, creed, or religion. With all the differences in the world now we would like to share that we are in support and will continue to serve all in need every day . Help us make that possible with your donation to the Mission.
The Camden Rescue mission has been around since 1924 and has been serving people and children in need since then. Located in the south side of Camden it has been run by Rev. Al & Mercedes Stewart and their children for the past 31 years.
Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area, we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions. We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community and donors like you.
We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our community. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change. Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference.

Dear Friends and Partners:
As another school year gets on it's way we at the Camden Rescue Mission will be collecting donations to help families adjust to the learn from home. I addition to supplies we are looking for small desk , kid tables and chairs, dry erase board, or chalk boards, for the younger children we are in need of work books, Pre- K-3 grade. Parents, are trying their best to make home to feel like a classroom, and for many parents in a low-income community this an be a challenge.
If you have any of these items or things to help the children feel like they are in school. Please donate it . or send a donation so that we can supply the parents with the help needed.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission.
