Our Calendar of Events for 2024

Dear Friends BLESSINGS,

On behalf of the Camden Rescue Mission, we would like to thank you for being a valuable donor throughout the year. We are reaching out to humbly request your support and generous contribution towards our causes.

As you know the mission is a non-profit (501.3) organization that has been operating in the city of Camden since 1928., we are dedicated to helping the community in anyway we can . Our specialty is meeting the needs of those individual's and families with emergency food, clothing, household items furniture and counseling. Here is a breakdown of events for 2024.

Spring - for the months of March , April, May we will be having our usual giveaways of food and clothing along with special events for Easter and Mother's day baskets will be given out to families that we have been in contact for the past year.

Summer June, July and August we will continue to give away clothing and food thru out the months specials program for Father's Day baskets for Father's we have been working with thru out the past year . August we start getting ready for outback to school Book Bag Drive last year we gave away over 1000 book bags filled with school supplies to students from pre- k thru college grades in the City of Camden.

Fall and Winter season

As we go into the holiday season we will be serving over 2500 families with Thanksgiving/ Christmas baskets along with Christmas gifts for the children. You can help us by donating your time and thru contributions to any of our events or if you would like more information on any of these events please feel free to call us. Any amount no matter how small, will make a significant difference in our efforts.

Camden Rescue Mission, Inc.

The Camden Rescue Mission has been in operation for the passed 90 years. we are a 501c3 non-profit organization non denominational Mission serving the City of Camden, New Jersey and surrounding communities. The Mission been providing a host of different services to people and families in need... we help families throughout South jersey regardless of religion, denomination, national origin, sex, color or creed.

Emergency services

Emergency food, clothing, and furniture, counseling are some of the programs that we provide to help families that are coming out of abusive situations, victims of fire or homelessness .
